Best breakfast tacos in Kerrville. I highly suggest the Hill Boy taco, or the Rita's with papas rancheros. Love the staff.

I've been to plenty of taco places around San Antonio and this is by far the best tacos I've had. Tasted fresh and delicious. This will be my go to taco place from now on.

The food was great. I guess I like salty cause in my opinion it was all good. The place is real nice, clean, and well run. The home made tortillas are awesome. You can see them preparing the food. Which is nice. *The ladies back in the kitchen area are happy with the atmosphere here. Which makes me feel warm. Kristopher behind the counter is friendly and helpful. (Not bad to look at either with his V shaped back. Lol) They stay pretty busy I saw this place fill up a few times. "Only there is barely a wait!" Big plus, the tacos are a good size so you wont need many. Though I notice big orders going out. They have a pleasent dining area if you prefer to eat here.

This place is amazing! It's a walk up taco shop serving breakfast tacos all day. I'm so glad we found this on our hill country trip. Makes sleeping in late pretty nice.

Tasty tacos in quaint Kerrville

I didn't know who Rita was before visiting Kerrville but now I am taking my knowledge back home to share with all. Terrific, fresh tacos and homemade salsa. So many choices. Wish Rita would move closer but I will make the trip again just for the tacos.

Low key so much better than Mary's... Their barbacoa is pretty good too.! Love coming here with my kiddos

It was ok but the beans had zero salt or seasoning and the salsa had no kick it was absolutely sub mild. They just need some good hot salsa and it would definitely make a difference!

Fresh and tasty!

My first time here. It was pretty good. I think the carne guisada needed some more seasoning and there was a lot of tortilla for what was actually put in it. But the tortillas were awesome!

Rita's has a great taco selection. I tried the hill boy, egg, bacon and sausage with cilantro and jalapeños. It was a delicious combination. I also had the Barbacoa and it was cooked perfectly. Home made tortillas we're very good. A must try 👌

The breakfast tacos I had were pretty good. We were confused by the Pork Carnitas and Barnacoa tacos. They had just meat in them and that was it. No cheese, lettuce, eggs, nothing. It was listed as a breakfast taco. Shouldn't there be something else in there. It was very confusing. Not bad just weird. May try again and ask more questions. They were really busy and I could not get any answers from the one lady as she was running around.

Rita's is without a doubt my favorite place to get delicious breakfast tacos. They are always full of flavor and will make your mouth water just thinking about it.

I haven't been in a while, this might be my new favorite place! So yummy!

The food is really salty. I think they need to tone down on the salt I’d give them a better rating. I have yet to find a decent Mexican restaurant here in kerrville.

My boyfriend surprised me with breakfast tacos when he got home. I was excited till I saw how big the tortilla was and how empty the taco was. It was more tortilla than stuffing. I wasn’t impressed and didn’t eat it. Got on my phone and ordered full and better breakfast tacos from los dos amigos. I only gave 2 stars because their tortilla tasted good. Don’t care to try anything else from this place.

Tacos are amazing. They are really the size of a small burritto. Tortillas are fresh and soft. This was my first time here and I am definitely going back when I have the chance. One of the better restaurants and food in Kerrville, TX.

Love going to Rita's tacos. Food is good and cool atmosphere.

They are pretty good but nothing beats Mary's. They just don't have the same taste and they are stingy on the meat.

I ordered potato and chorizo tacos. One the tortilla is really bit which would be a good thing but they barely put any food in it. Two it's burned. I would not recommend Rita's tacos.

Just not how they used to be. $3 for an empty taco.🤔 More or less a "hotdog sized" amount in a big tortilla. I should've taken a picture. All 5 of us were disappointed. We loved Rita's for many years..it's just changed though.😬😢

This place was off the main Hwy 16 we were traveling but our interest to try something local was a jackpot. The tacos are delicious and good size. 1 taco will fill you but 2 tacos will make you definitely feel good. The carne guisada taco was authentic and had the taste of mom's. Will definitely stop by again. Hope you give this place a try.

Taco wasn't bad but didnt like how they only had bottle drinks and tortillas weren't fully cooked

Always a long wait, but the tacos are good.

I'm new to Kerrville and was told to try this place. When I was there, I couldn't help but noticed that the lady in the back pulling chicken apart with her bare hands. The inside is cute, but I don't think I will go back unless I know the food handlers are wearing...food handler's gloves. Amazing, I know.
